I went in just to get a doctors note and the lady that helped me was completely and utterly rude!! When she said that I needed my insurance card she looked at me like I was a complete moron. I was in shock on how rude she was. The guy working the front desk was super nice though.

They don't serve old people. They won't accept Medicare... or cash.

I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor. The doctor made me feel like I was just a number and told me this is Urgent Care get a primary physician. Left upset. I don't like doctors offices in the first place.

Pros: The doctor was nice, and quick to diagnose and I got what i needed in terms of medication to recover. Cons: -receptionist is extremely rude, and tried to over charge when checking out. -building seems kinda dirty and unorginized -after being diagnosed the doctor kept saying he would be right back and would get the lab people to come to help with the necessary steps. Each time he went to send someone it would take over 20 mins for them to get to us and then about 10 more mins for the doctor to return. A vist that should have taken maximum if an hour, took like 3-4 due to all the "be right backs" -called later to get information on how to deal with sinus pain that i was having, and they took way too long to call back. Overall the service is not very good for what you will be paying. I would recommend Primary care associates over this. I went their first but went to first care because the wait was much longer, turned out overall taking longer at first care, i feel like if i went to primary and toughed out their longer wait in the begining, i would have gotten out sooner.

Went for horrible side pain, the worst thing I have ever felt. They took care of me, got me in fast ran tests to find out info and sent me to the right place for follow up care. Hell they even brought me a blanket cause I was cold. Worked with me on my bill to so I didn't have to pay the full 600$ all at once. Great nurse great Aids great Dr and great front desk staff. Made me feel safe and well taken care of.
