We brought in our daughter who was throwing up for hours. They were polite and thorough. The nurses took GREAT care of us for the 6 hours we were there. The doctor was courteous and knowledgeable and good with our daughter. This is a small hospital serving a lot of needs. IT is NOT "first come first serve". They take care of urgent problems first. So you may have to wait an unusually long time for a small problem. But that's how it should be. They also seem to have set up an "urgent care" option for less critical emergencies. I am guessing this will help alleviate the wait times. In all, we always want things done quickly. But when it comes to medical care for my child, I want them done thoroughly, and I have confidence in the care we received on 7/21/2017.

Do not go to the Urgent Care here, they can bill your insurance as an ER visit at their discretion, but won't tell you this or give you the option to go somewhere else, do yourself a favor, just make the trip up to Havasu! The doctor I saw was very unprofessional and basically just didn't care! He even forgot what my chief complaint was! The nurse tried to take my blood pressure as I was complaining to the doctor...really??? They tried to discharge me before even seeing the doctor for my x-ray results or even checking my eye out, which was my chief complaint!

Each time my husband has been in there they did nothing to try to help him. All because nothing showed up in the X-ray or on the labs.

Was there 6 1/2 hrs. 4 hrs. in waiting room, 2 hrs. in a bed waiting, 20 min. of that was CT scan & blood work. 10 min. with the Dr. Very Poor Service & for that I got $3751 bill. Lady that checked me in was rude & I was in a lot of pain & I was going to give her my medical cards & she said we don't need them...4 hr.s later she came in & needed them when I was getting blood taken. Should of drove to Lake Havasu!
