This service is the ONLY one that helped me to take care of my ex- father in law. They were caring, compassionate, and constantly in contact. This was back in 2015-16, and I cannot believe that no one has given this business a decent review. It's appalling to think that people really don't want to give their opinion unless it is in some form of a complaint. So sad! This home health care service saved his life (for as long as possible) and my sanity! Good Job!

Extremely POOR service. Constant staff changes, rarely had the same nurse twice. Was told our Mom would have a scheduled time, or as close to it as possible, but that never happened. The nurse would call to tell us the time she would be at the house but never arrived at that time, nor anywhere near it. A good hour being late we would finally get a phone call to say she was on the way now. Another hour or more would pass and still no nurse! She would call again after again being over an hour late to again say she was on the way. Another no show! A final call went like this: You either be here in 15 minutes or do not bother to come. Guess what? She was there within 7 minutes. Where was she that she was able to pull that off? A few blocks down the road, shopping at the mall? Yeah, that's where she was! We were to have "supplies" available for dressing changes and especially if the dressing would fall off before the next day's visit. Nope. She kept those in her car and brought in only what she needed! When I would put things out for Mom, for those just in case times, the next day they would be gone! The nurse would take them!!!! And WE paid for the supplies! Save yourself major headaches and stay away from these "nurses". Nurses are supposed to be honest, professional at all times, compassionate people but you will NOT get anything even close to that here! Our Mom would be so upset with these "nurses" that several times she landed in the hospital because the nurses would get her so worked up. She would sit, waiting, all day sometimes, worrying and wondering if the nurse was even going to come today. This caused her more upset that her blood pressure would be sky high. Healing at home is supposed to be good for the sick and elderly. They do NOT like to worry or to be left in a hostile/upsetting environment, and the staff at All At Home did just that. We would give ZERO STARS if possible but this system does not allow no stars. Be careful. If you truly love your loved one do NOT use All At Home!

My husband came home from hospital on 1/6/2014 after a 9 day stay and major surgery from a infection that almost killed him . he has to have a wound care 2 times a day every 12 hrs due to a open wound from the surgery. I spoke to Chris with PHCN on the evening of 1/6/2014 and was assured a nurse would be out in the morning on 1/7/2014 .This was suppose commence on 1/7/2014 in the morning while i am at work so i could do the night dressing before bed. The Nurse from All at Home called at 2:30 pm on 1/7/2014 and said they would be out in about 1 hr well she came and changed it,very late but it was changed on 1/8/2014 there was no nurse that showed up i called the agency All at Home and was told that they only had 3 visits authorized by Professional Health care Network and was going to space them out and would not be sending out a nurse then Esther the director of All at Home said we are not contracted with your insurance i would need to contact my ins and find out who was well in the mean time no change was done. I contacted his insurance and they told me the same thing and referred me to another company but in the mean time this still has to go through PHCN i spoke to Rosie and Gabby and i was told by Gabby a supervisor that all the Dr. office had to do was to fax another referral and they would send out another Nurse from a different agency. I contacted the Dr. Office and spoke to Susan she faxed the request PHCN said they were having fax issues and did not get it so a second time i called the Dr. office and spoke to Susan who relaxed the referral. Rosie called me at 5:45 pm on 1/8/2014 and said they will not be sending out a nurse since one already came out and taught me how to change the wound, and i canceled them well first i was not taught how to change the wound since i was not home i was at work when they came out, second i did not cancel Esther told me that she was not contracted with the insurance and the insurance also told me that when i called them and referred me to another company. So in the mean time my husband needs to be changed and i have no one to come and change or take care of his wound since this PHCN will not authorize a Nurse. When i called the insurance they said that he has no limit on his home visits and has 0 co-pay.
