    Don't even look at this place! I'm out here from Indiana for Lyme disease treatment, and my Dad and I sat on the couch with one of their coordinators, Scott Acton, yesterday, and he promised us up and down that I would get reliable care and that they could even pull someone from nursing homes around the area I'm staying. Transportation to and from the facility I'm getting treatment was the most imperative job. We said be here an hour before my scheduled appointments. My appointment today was at 9 am on 5-17-17. I received a phone call from Nicole the manager, who was overly saccharin, and she stated she had a driver ready for me tomorrow at 7:15 am. I said no, that's not right. Be here an hour ahead of my 9 am appointment time. She replied, so 8:15. No...8:00! Did they show up?! No!! My Dad had to take me. He was supposed to be leaving on a flight back home tomorrow morning. Now he has to stay because we need to set up a schedule with new caregivers. Real caregivers. I called in to report that they had made a royal error in not picking me up, and Carrie told me , "Well, she is on her way because she just texted me, and if you guys had waited you she would have been there in time to take you to your appointment." That's blaming us and giving an excuse, when she really should have said, I'm sorry, we'll do everything we can to work this out. When we emphasized yesterday afternoon that we expect prompt pickups and drop-offs and care when needed, we get an excuse. Unprofessional all around. Do not use these people! I heard bad reviews from them when I talked to the other patients I am being treated with. If you want to keep your sanity and not have your day ruined and have to make new arrangements, do not use them!
