In March 2016 called Gentiva and they came to our home and gave my mother in law Mary awesome care, from the CNAs, Nurses to spiritual care. Anything we needed, we got. Mom passed July 2nd, 2016. She was bathed after her passing and we got to spend as much tome as we wanted after her passing. I'm grateful to them. In September, we needed hospice again for my father in law Jessie. He had cancer and wasn't doing well after mom died. His care wasn't as perfect as mom's. Some moss communication about CNAs. No agency is perfect. But, the nurses, doctors, CNAs and everyone involved helped put family through this. Dad passed Oct 1st. My husband was devastated. Today, we still get letters and support from Gentiva. I'm grateful for everything. Especially, Tracey, Shirley and Jessica. Thank you

This is absolutely the WORST hospice company ever! They were non-communicative and extremely RUDE when my father died. I wouldn't recommend this horrid hospice company to anybody. If there are such thing as hospice licenses, theirs should be revoked. The nurse and aid made my father's death even more hurtful and devastating than it already was. Shame on them!!!!

Called on Friday the 5 of February 2016, they called at about 5:15 PM and asked what time I would be up so a nurse could come and sign my wife up on Saturday the 6 of February. They took care of Joyce only a few days because Tuesday the 9 of February she passed away. If I needed hospice again I would call these people..
