I've been a patient here for about 3 years and so far it has been the worst experience. The doctors are very good, don't get me wrong but the front desk people are not the best. Scheduling appointments over the phone is so time consuming. They never answer and if they do they don't schedule anything correctly. I am a student at the UofA and it is not always possible for me to go in person and schedule appointments. It seems that the people that work here are not technology friendly. Also, very rude people over the phone always answer. I have made the the decision of changing clinics!!

Thank God for this place. They are delivering a great service. I have met nothing but kindness and understanding at this place. I will not complain because their service is far better than I have received in private settings.

I am very disappointed at the level of customer service and care my mother received today. My mother waited over an hour for her appointment that she came in on time. Other people who had later appointments were called in. My mother asked why she hadn't been called and the nurses admitted that other people were called before my mom. This place is very disorganized and rude. This incident has happened before. A different incident before this appointment, the woman who schedules the appointments made a mistake on scheduling an appointment for my mother. Hours later we noticed the mistake and rescheduled the appointment. I would give the clinic a zero rating.

I went here today for dental issues. They worked with me on payments. Same day apt and pull. I recommend this place to everyone.

It's a fairly pathetic excuse for a clinic. Not "gringo friendly" at all. Compared to where I go now, it's laughably unprofessional. No "grown-ups" seem to be in charge. Management is invisible. There is no follow up with the staff. Guess it's not their job. I went there for about a year and a half and trying to get any service from the staff was like pulling teeth. Terrible.
