Let me just say everything and everyone was first rate the nurses could not have been more accommodating and the doctors were very nice. All was great except the food. The food for me (I was not limited to diet) was we'll just ok. I realize most people in the hospital are sick and don't eat a normal anyway but that is my only lower rating. I give it 5 out of 5 especially I sense had my "own room" THAT was what made the visit very nice indeed.

I have been to the ER many a time here and every single time they have taken great care as well as precautions to not only my condition but to others. The main portion of the hospital was a bit iffy when my grand mother was here there was a lot of grime in the room and there was a lot of filmy substances on the handles which was of great concern givin the nature of a hospital.

I've had several surgical procedures done here and I've always been happy with the entire process, from start to finish. The staff is great here! I highly recommend this hospital.

It is a very good hospital, staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. The waiting room is clean in the normal waiting area and the E.R. waiting room. Wait time is shorter than any Sacramento Hospital and you don't have to be uppity like at Kaiser Perminenente they will take your insurance.

Im not completely pleased with a couple comments I got from Dr. Heu and a nurse wearing a nose ring (completely unsanitary and unprofessional in the medical field) Dr. Heu couldn't help but tell me the spelling of my daughters name is "weird" my daughter was sent to the ER by her physician to be evaluated not to be criticized on the spelling of her name in which I gave her. The nurse kept making comments like I was overreacting because I brought my daughter to the ER for flu symptoms. Like I said we were sent here by her physician because she was afraid it was her appendix. Her physician was not comfortable sending us home because her lower quades hurt when she touched them. She even had to throw the question in there "is she your first kid"? The way she was saying it was just in a rude manner. We were there for my daughter to be evaluated not to be judged and criticized.
