I had an exceptional experience with Visiting Angels. I hired this company to care for me after a cosmetic procedure. I was so impressed by Tisha (the owner) as well as the young lady who took care of me after my procedure. They were both genuinely caring people which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend Visiting Angels to anyone looking for help. I have no doubt they will deliver excellent care!

HORRIBLE ! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.... VISITING ANGELS, are VISITING DEVILS...aka glorified babysitters!! They send workers at random., some don't show up, some leave early, some stay later than authorized. Most unexperienced. The Visiting Angel replaced our beautiful bathroom hand towels with a ROLL OF PAPER TOWELS. (like a public restroom....????) All wet towels-including ones with chemicals for cleaning toilet are tossed in dirty clothes hamper. ???? Dirty dishes washed but not put away. Laundry washed, but left sitting in dryer. Blankets left on floor (major trip hazard) instead of folding or putting away...etc. I was told we'd have a check list prior to worker starting. This was so family members could identifed what was done/ or not. When asked about this "check list" the owner says some folks just don't want it. We want it, I can't imagine anyone not wanting to know what's be done with their loved one??? Their billing system is just as flaky and un-professional. If you don't mind spending an hour to descipher invoices, or being charged un authorized hours and the company not able to resolve or . go for it. I'm talking 7 hours of unauthorized charges. Oct. 2015 I called 3 times, asking to explain my concern. No reply. I then wrote an itemized statement, questioning charges No Reply. It's Dec 28 2015. NOTHING....Finally the owner called me-because of my insistence- her call was a waste of time!!! She just talked in circles, about their duties . (mind you, duties that aren't performed anyway, so I've NO CLUE what she's referring to.) I've request their "cancellation policy". (They ask families to give a deposit, ours was $3,500 deposit) I don't want the family to loose $$ It's been 3 months, I'm still waiting. For families that need help, there are qualified caregivers. Check online. Families can interview before hiring. They cost less, are professional, and experienced. This VISITING ANGELS sucks!
