THEY SUCK!! Poor customer service, treat customers as though they are beneath them, leave faxed prescriptions lying around, without contacting the client that they don't carry the product. THEY SUCK! DO NOT USE THEM!

Called to cancel the auto ship couple time but auto ship still in effect. Company did not obtain authorization from insurance company but still ship to customer which result the customer is responsible for the charge. And the bill waiting 9 months to send to customer, even insurance felt it is ridicules. Told them would like to return the unused supply they shipped me without authorization, but the answer is they did take back the supply after 30 days.........which is again ridicules because the customer was notify 9 months later and of course it is over 30 days.....
