The 2 star Review is for the Nurse Julie who seem to be very professional up until I asked her for a note for work. Her response was "that says what??" Umm...Idk...that I was at the ER instead of work?? I was an ER patient who went in for a gynecological problem and she wanted me to use my discharge papers as my work note. With centered bold words of the gynecological condition and discharge instructions. My boss doesn't need to know that. Period. The most most unprofessional part came when I went back to get a formal work form. She rolled her eyes and had this very unprofessional attitude, I was her patient and she didn't even get up when the other nurse said Julie will provided you with the work note. Someone else had to do it. I don't understand how giving me a work note was an inconvenience to her since the ER was empty when I arrived and when I left there were 2 patients and about 5 staff members sitting behind the desk.

Unfriendly and was always unreachable when we had questions. Had multiple bad experiences dealing with the nurses. Furthermore we found out that they did the biopsy on the wrong place and now my mom needs extra biopsy and possibly another surgery because of it. I would give it negative stars if I could. Do not go to this hospital for your own good.

WORST ER EVER My rheumatologist sent me into this hospital with paper work that states that I have some kind of toxicity syndrome and need to be seen in the Er and be admitted for treatment and monitoring immediately. Dr. Yap, especially does not care about the patients needs whatsoever. I had him paged as waiting over 4 hours and being toxic, he told me, "it would be awesome if I just left, because my condition was not serious" literally he said awesome! This hospital will be getting a lawsuit in the near future, as they have no idea how to treat their patients with respect whatsoever. I would highly recommend any one there hospital than this one, and highly suggest who ever is in charge of this hospital to get rid of Dr. YAp asap before he harms anyone else.

We had our second son at this hospital. Our experience was wonderful. The staff and nurses are very professional and gave us great care. We learnt a lot from their programs, support and advice from the nurses. We never felt nurses were in the way for us achieving our goals, they supported us throughout. This is a great place to have a baby. I do agree that their policy of advance payment is odd, but they refunded us the extra payment once everything was settled.

I entered through ER with a mystery fever. Spent four days with excellent care and they figured out the cause. My only complaint is that I don't like Rosemary in my food.
