It takes a lot for me to write a negative review about something, but tonight's the night. My child was born premature and he still has a feeding tube thus is dependent upon Nutren Jr liquid diet. It is the only food we give him and the only food he can eat at this point. We get monthly orders from Coram that include his food and the accessories necessary for him to eat via G-tube. Last month the food arrived 2 days after the expected time. My son was without his food for an entire day. Luckily we were able to purchase other alternatives at a grocery store. This month, same thing. We were promised a delivery date, the food never came. Now I have to do the same thing again. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Even after calling their customer service, I was given a reason that "the shipper's didnt think about the weekend". Seriously? I do not feel like I am dealing with a professional organization, especially one in charge of the survival and well being of my child. Think twice if you get Coram as your supplier. You might end up in the same boat - needing something to survive and never getting it on time.
