I went to Kaiser in Martinez for the first time and also went for my first Iron Infusions. I was so scared and nervous. Romona the RN was able to squeeze me in since Kaiser in Vallejo could see me and I needed to get in this week. I have to say, this Kaiser Medical Clinic was Amazing! From the Receptionist, Nurse, Medical Assistants and even the environment and the patients also waiting to be seen were all so friendly and welcoming. I'm 38wks pregnant tomorrow and from all my appts, I've had this has been one of my favorite. (Not including my ultrasound because hands down seeing my daughter is always amazing.) Hempreet M.A., Dianne M.A. and Ramona R.N. are great at there job. I am blessed to have been able to meet them and have them assist me. Thank you so much ladies God bless all of you. If I can't see Kaiser in Vallejo that's only 5min from home, It is worth the 20 min drive and toll to come see you again. Thank you so much again for all the passion and love you give as Medical Professionals. I was hard to leave because you made me so comfortable. Keep up the great work. With Love Aimee M.

Overall I have had good experiences at Kaiser (most doctors I've seen are fabulous with just a couple of duds). I went to Martinez once with a massive migraine (I couldn't even see) and the person checking me in for my appt wanted to take my picture for my chart. I was like, "NOW? Can't it wait?" so she backed off. I was miffed that she would think it was a reasonable request under the circumstances. I really hate having to go to any Kaiser pharmacy. They desperately need a numbering system or something so disabled people like myself don't have to stand in line forever twice (once to drop off and once to pick up). They'll say order online, but you can't with any scheduled medications so you really have no choice but to deal with the lines. They'll give you a card if they are waiting for your prescription to be filled and then call you when it's done, but last time this happened the people sitting around me were all talking about how unsanitary it is to have those paper cards go through so many hands in a day (and it's a hospital so how many of those people are ill?). There has to be a better way to manage pick up and drop off.

Went for a flu shot and the Dr had the nerve to question why I was coming in so late for the flu shot because I had missed all the flu shot clinics. What a jerk we had all been sick and you can't get a flu shot when your sick. This is not the first time I have had lousy service at Martinez Kaiser. They really need to clean house and take out the bad seeds.

Don't fund this place. You would have to call them 4 times and most operators will not pick up the phone! And apparently Martinez Keiser has no direct phone number so that you may contact them if there's any situation. Wow!!! Lousy people.
