Excellent Service and Coordination Yesterday the tire came off the wheel of my wheelchair when medical transport was bringing me home. When I got home I called LifeCare Solutions and told them what happened. The CR told me that they could get a wheelchair out to me by noon the next day. I asked if it would be okay to use the tireless wheelchair until then. She told me not to. But I told her that I needed the wheelchair to get around. She immediately called dispatch and I had a wheelchair by that evening. This all occurred within four hours. Thank you. Thank you to both the lady that answered the phone and the person who brought me the wheelchair.

Everything stated in the other negative reviews is absolutely accurate, word for word our experience. We had to use them as an in network provider and source of our Ti-Lite manual wheel chair. Never read the reviews until, after weeks of unbelievably POOR Customer Service, they declined help us. Completely amazed that the other reviews were dead on accurate. I did not know a company could be so consistent. We wanted to upgrade a Ti-Lite with power assist wheels (E-Motion). They finally decided the in network reimbursement was going to be too low - not worth their time. Contact me for a copy of their "decline letter", it reveals much...

I had such a bad experience with this company that when I complained to my doctor she said they have already changed DME suppliers. They lied to me plenty of times, in my face and they ignore you when you come in. This company doesn't need competitors; their service is incompetent and it looks self-inflicted.
