Best hospital in all of Southern California (and I've been a patient from Cedars-Sinai to UCLA). Torrance Memorial has taken care of me from migraine headaches to major surgery, to both my babies, breast cancer treatment, and everything in between! Many visits dealing with chronic back pain has landed me here and they never cease to amaze me! The care provided is second to none. Always 5-star professionalism, top-notch treatment by leading doctors and nurses, best hospital cafeteria on the planet, AND they're letting me go home tonight???????? I wish you a lifetime of health but if ever you need medical care, the staff at Torrance Memorial will do their best to make you as comfortable as possible while providing the best care possible to make you whole again.

Went to ER a few weeks ago and ended up staying 4 days. All of the staff were great. Place was very clean and well-maintained.

The hospital is very nice and quiet They care for people in a decent way.. Doctors and nurses are super caring...Parking is another thing if go to the hospital around 1:00 _ 6:00 p.m it's hard to find a place to park. THE GOOD THING IS THAT THEY DON'T CHARGE FOR PARKING.

I had a stroke on Feb. 3 and my right side was paralyzed. No matter how hard I tried could not get an appointment until sometime in March for Physical Therapy. I would go twice a week (on holidays once a week) for 30-45 min. a day. In late May was told by my Therapist my insurance had reached its limit. No more appointments. I go to my Doctor the next week and she tells him I have reached my physical peak. Which one is it? I confront her and she gives me a completely different reason that I need to do more at home. Which she never said anything prior, in fact, discouraged this up until that moment. I am being evaluated some where else at my own cost as my health is too important and I hate liars. As a 47 yr old man, I do think the staff have a patients interests at heart, not supervised and they make poor assessments of ones condition. I am pretty level headed guy but will never go there for Physical Therapy again.

We were referred to Dr. Solomon to determine whether a feeding tube placement procedure could be done on my husband who has an advanced stage of ALS. Dr Solomon was very uncaring, arrogant, insensitive and lacking in any signs of compassion. He showed no empathy for my husband's condition or the urgency of addressing the issues at hand. I had to track him down and if it were not for the professional and responsive staff in his office we would still be waiting for next steps. I am left wondering why he is in a helping profession and would not want him for a Dr. If my life depended on it I'm afraid my life would be in jeopardy. If I could give zero stars that would be my choice.
