    People tend to not understand how a doctor's office works. I work in the medical field....patients come late and they still want to b seen. Some appointments may run a little longer due to a more difficult case. Doctors get emergencies they have to deal with. It's a doctor's office not a grocery store. Sometimes you have to wait, that is normal in every Dr's office. I find they are good at keeping the schedule. I see Dr. Harvey she's fantastic. If I call or email, her nurse will get back to me asap. You know you if your difficult your gonna have to expect to not get the best service anywhere u go. If you constantly have issues everywhere you go maybe you need to check yourself, u maybe your own problem. Be nice people and I guarantee they will be nice and very helpful to you. It's not rocket science.

    I switched to Kaiser and have been going for 3 years now. My life has changed. I refer her to everyone possible. I truly feel understood and cared about. I am able to email and get a response in a timely manner back when needed.

    First it takes over a month to get an appointment. Once i arrive the receptionist informs me the computer has been shut down and i will have to pay my copay on my way out. I show up 20 minutes early and taken back to the exam room in less than 10 minutes. I am thinking so far so go but no. I wait for 40 minutes. I decide I have waited long enough and walk out and try to pay but the computer does not work. As the receptionist is finally taking my copay the nurse apologizes and informs me the Dr. is with a patient and if I would like to continue waiting. Really!, why give appointments if the service provided is we will see you when we have time? My time and every patient out there experiencing the same pathetic care is worth more. This is not the first time waiting in the past two months... Urgent care show up at 7 and told to wait until 10 when the Dr.s arrive. Schedule a CT scan appointment and told there will a 1.5-2 hours wait past my appointment time. Informed I have kidney stones and given a month long appointment for a CONSULT not a procedure!

    They have to have the worst customer service line! First, they post the wrong number to call. You're a multi-billion dollar business, this just shows they don't care at all about their customers just their premiums. Second, once you get in the system none of it works... none of it! The worst health care company, if you have any say in what coverage your company uses... Dont Use Kaiser!!!!
