The WORST emergency services I have EVER been to. The ladies in the front don't take anyone seriously and have side conversations while people are in line. The wait is absolutely horrible and the most disorganized system I've ever witnessed. I waited over 6 hours just to see a doctor. I then needed further tests which took over 3 hours. The communication was horrible, the nurses would forget to bring things that the doctor said they'd bring me until I had to remind them just absolutely horrible patient care. NEVER come here.

They strapped down a women and gave her an emergency cesarean section without anesthesia after obstetrician "Dr. Sandra Lopez" couldn't find the baby's heart rate. The anesthesiologist on call "Dr. David Seif" couldn't get reached, although he was "paged multiple times." patient was "crying and screaming at the top of her lungs, that she could feel everything that was happening, and was also pleading for help". This had to be avoidable. Maybe there understaffed or under supplied, because theres no reason for patients to be waiting hours in the ER. Very disappointing

Poor receptionist professionalism. I had a bill that was due on a Saturday, March 3rd. It turns out that billing offices were closed.. I needed to have this paid immediately. I figured I would call the hospital. The receptionist who answered the phone at about 8:22am had no desire to give me information or help. I understand that offices are closed, but her actions was not of good practice. She had given me a sarcastic tone throughout the phone call while laughing, and making snarky remarks to coworkers.

I gave birth to my son here and it was the worst experience of my life. Not only was my labor and delivery nurse disrespectful, condescending, and neglectful, we had bad experiences with the NICU nurses and doctors. Many of them were very uneducated and unsupportive. Avoid this hospital if you can!

My Dr referred me to have an iron transfusion. My iron is critically low. I'm fainting, weak n sleeping a lot. After not receiving a call for an appt I called the infusion center. No one answers or returns calls. Shame on you TCMC for not taking care of your patients appropriately ? I think they're hoping u die so u won't need the referral!
