The nurse that came out was very rude, disrespectful, and racist and triaginurse acted like an M.D.

I have nothing but good things to say about the VNA of Colorado. They were always on time, we're available at anytime for questions or concerns. I was very fortunate to have Meg, Kathy and Shannon. They all did everything and anything needed to help me. The coordination with Kaiser was flawless. All nurses were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to schedule. The whole process can sound overwhelming, but VNA of Colorado did one hell of a job making it run smooth. Thanks for everything.

My father was just put on hospice care under VNA. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any care agency. Everyone I have dealt with at VNA has told me something different about what care he will receive. They told me many services that they would provide, none of which has happened. Not only does my father continue to suffer, but they have caused incredible stress for both my mother and I. Far different experience from what I was told hospice care is supposed to be. Stay away from them!

This was the WORST care for my father!!!! Especially the alleged housekeeping. Their list of what they won't do is much longer than the list of what they will do! We had housekeeping come 2 times per week. It was always a pain! RARELY was the worker on time, & at times she never even showed up, & NO CALL to say she wasn't coming! She also did disgusting things like wash the toilet & take the same rag into my kitchen to wipe the counters! Disgusting! She was also terrible at following orders, I told her there was a dust mop for the wood floors & after that she was to use a rag mop & bucket of water, & "Bona" floor cleaner, all you do is spray it & wet mop it, easy right? Not for her! I caught her not dust mopping or sweeping 1st & taking my DUST MOP & spraying the Bona & dust mopping it up! (No water.) I think they hire the dumbest people for housekeeping! As for the nurse, she was ghost nurse, you rarely saw her. Needless to say I didn't keep them long. Also for this terrible housekeeping, they can only stay 1 1/s hours at a time & want $15.00 co-pay for their terrible job! My alleged housekeeper also would make half hour personal phone calls on MY time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
