    Rotech, Roth Medical, Summit Respiratory... hard to know who you're dealing with but whatever name they choose to go under they will try to rip you off. I had an oxygen concentrator that they had delivered several years ago that I no longer needed. I called them (the number on the equipment) to pick it up and they refused without a doctor's order saying that I no longer needed it. I had my doctor send in the order and they received it but still wouldn't schedule a time to come pick it up. Finally, after several months of calling them and them refusing to pick it up (and billing me the whole time) someone gave me the address where I could take it and drop it off. When I arrived and said that I needed to drop it off the receptionist joking said "oh no, you can't drop off equipment". They did take it but aren't willing to reimburse me the $223 for the several months they wouldn't come pick it up. I would look long and hard for a different respiratory supply company before ever considering using this one.

    Rude staff. Period. So terrible I cant even bring myself to explain why. Just get everything in writing. If you have an option to get your o2 tanks and accessories elsewhere. Its recommended. Good luck

    I was supposed to receive a machine to do an overnight test to get my baby off oxygen a week ago now because I am out of town the next week I have to wait till New Years also becaus they would say they will call to set me up but never do and I would call daily also I was supposed to get a tank today and didn't and when i called they said that I missed the deliver guy today and I wasn't on the stop so now I have to go to the store if they don't come tomorrow because my baby is down to almost red on her last tank also they kept telling me they didn't receive my dr order till over a week after and seemed like they were holding it over me till they got my child's Medicaid number because when I would ask for the machine they would respond with we need to get paid (baby was a newborn so it took awhile to get her own number)

    What a thankless job. I've watched the team manage many obnoxious customers, in person and on calls, I've even been a culprit. They've gone out of their way to help us when our daughter was on oxygen. Thank you.

    Apparently they have been trying to call me for several weeks. Not sure who they were calling but it wasn't me. When I called back, I did confirm that they had the correct contact number. Mysterious how they are the only ones who did not get through or leave a message. Two months after the script, I am sitting on perpetual hold... Finally, they can schedule me for next Friday. Um, no. I've waited two months, I am moving out of state next week. It's cute how they play with your life and think nothing of it. I called doctor back and asked for a referral with a national company that does not play with lives.
