My experience with new england home healthcare/nurses ( nh ) has been awful. Invasion of privacy/disrespect.My anxiety has gotten worse. I have been completely stress out also irritated, agitated in dealing with them.(nehhc/nurses). I have been very open with communication with both the doctor/nehhc/nurses. I feel very strongly on my opinion that they (nehhc, doctor) just do not provide any good quality of care. Other patients should be careful in what they tell the nurse's of nehc ( new haven ) I want to tell others about my recent experience. August/September 2017. I told the nurse's that i felt that the medications was not working well for me. Come to find out they wrote up that i refuse my medications as well as services which was not great. I NEVER DID. They had little to no communication with me nor did they ever bother to wash their hands and many times never wore uniforms . they were unprofessional to me. Shortly after i filed two complaints and posed my 1st review about my experience they decided two close my case which left me without my medications. This clearly is retaliation on their part. I wouldn't be surprised if they cover it up.
