I have never experienced a more unprofessional place in all of my life. The staff missed 5 appointments in two and a half weeks. They're rude and absolutely unprofessional. They missed 5 appointments and 4 of those times didn't even have the decency to call me. I wouldn't recommend them if my mother was dying. And the worst part is there aren't many places that take Medicare and Medicaid and it makes it even worse for those people who don't have anywhere else to go. I am so motivated to change the narrative in this category that I am thinking about opening a business to advocate for these patients. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for my brother who was there for me when I had my stroke. I feel as if there aren't that many people willing to take care of these elderly patients and they don't have anyone to Advocate on their behalf and that is so sad to think that someone like my mother or my father would have to go through what I went through. The care is substandard and I wish there was an agency that I can complain to besides Medicare and Medicaid because you know that these complaints are going to get lost in the shuffle. I am so angry at this agency and at the indifference of their attitude towards the care that I received. It is a total disgrace.

I wonder how many people have been hospitalized or otherwise thrown into a crisis situation because of these people. We have a premature 6 week old with a handful of medical complications, and my fiance and I have a lot of questions and concerns about his health and well being. We met with one their nurses once, had questions about his condition, were told he was ok, and spent the night in the ER later that day. Since then, his nurse has scheduled a handful of appointments and never showed up. She tried to show up at 8 o'clock in the morning one day with a 10 minute notice. We called her supervisor to explain the situation and request a new nurse. After being reassigned, WE EXPERIENCED THE SAME TREATMENT. No call no show, no response when called, nothing. Absolutely unprofessional, and would not recommend to ANYONE who is need of a visiting nurses services

This company is awful, they've made several appointments and have NEVER show up. Except once. Super unorganized.

Incredibly rude staff. These fly by night operations are so pathetic. Don't even bother calling them.

This is literally the WORST visiting home nurse company I have ever experienced. Very disorganized! They need serious HELP with how they run their business. For whatever reason I had the misfortune of being placed with them while I am going through treatment and have a permacath in place. I have been dealing with these people for over 6 months and it's been horrible! I have plenty of experience dealing with at home care agencies. In fact, I have another company that comes to do the dressing change for my cath weekly! That nurse calls me the night before to tell me when they'll be coming, much like another company I had several years ago. I was told at my visit, when my next visit would be, and then called the night before to confirm and be given an estimated time. The nurses at this company NEVER inform me when they are coming, just call last minute, "Hey this is *****, are you home? I'm suppose to see you today. I'm on way there now, be there in 15 or 30 minutes." (Literally, how every conversation is). That's great in all, but I work part time, my schedule differs from week to week, and not to mention all of my doctors appointments. Receiving a call last minute by them and I am suppose to drop everything, rediculous! I complained to the visiting nurses, I've complained to the company no avail. THIS IS JUST HOW THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY WORKS. Also if you do not drop, whatever you may have going on at the time when you receive these last minute appointment phone calls, they like to threaten the patient (me), with the possibility of dis-enrollment! ?
