This is the most disorganized company I've ever worked for. 75% of their company has been their less then 90 days due to such a high turnover. Their is no proper training and it has the most unwelcoming feeling the minute you walk in the door. I wouldn't recommend working for this company nor would I recommend putting my loved one in their care.

ALMOST LOST MY MOM DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE My mom lives in Connecticut and I live in Georgia. Thought it would be a good idea to have nurses 3 times a week to monitor her and her meds. She has dementia. Her cardiologist mistakenly discontinued her anti -anxiety meds that she has been on for 30 years AND ARE EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE. I counted on the nurse to handle this, by calling the doctor, but she asked no follow up questions and just took my mom's word, although her dementia is documented. They also have my phone number and could contact me at any time. My mom went without her meds for 7 days until she took a bunch of pills in an attempt to kill herself. The agency put the onus on ME. I should have called the doctor. I should have taken care of this from 1000 miles away. They didn't think their nurse had any responsibility for ensuring my mom was safe. The nurse just couldn't take the extra step to ensure my mom's safety and secure her medications. She should have called the doctor with urgency. When I called today, they were ready to help within 5 minutes!!! I DID make a mistake in trusting them. When I called the supervisor, she never acknowledged that the nurse had done anything wrong in not making the matter as urgent as it should have been. According to her, I should have done it. They could have killed my mom. Did they not know that discontinuing this medications would lead to withdrawal, hallucinations and scrambled thinking? They should have know. They are suppose to be there to help, not hinder. If you just need your blood pressure taken, then use this agency. Otherwise...RUN!!!!

Awful. Got a referral from my patients doctor. We called and made an appointment. When they didnt call or show up on our scheduled appointment we called and they responded with " we said monday but we didnt say what monday ". When they said they would call the next day to set up a PT assessment bc they were sending a Nurse that we dont need, they werent prepared and no one did. An ENTIRE week goes by and i get a phonecall 20 mins prior to arrival at 920 am that hes coming and he spoke with my patient whom they are aware has dementia and acted like i shouldve recieved this message. They come. They recommend 2-3 times a week and say "Ill be back thursday at 11am. I will call 2 hours prior as requested to make sure its a good day" no phone call no show. Unbelieveably unprofessional. What a headache.
