DMR has been my medical service provider since my injury in 1992, delivering excellent service, with sensitivity and understanding for all of my medical needs, at all times. Over the years I have worked with Angle Pardo and his staff, who accommodate my needs on an ongoing basis and are quick to address emergencies that need immediate attention. I highly recommend DMR to anyone looking for a reliable, responsible medical supply service. Thank you DMR. - Sabrina Cohen

I have known Angel Pardo and DMR for over 20 years and have ALWAYS had OUTSTANDING service. DMR has helped me, and the hundreds of people chosen to receive wheelchairs through my non-profit, and we never had an issue with customer service or professionalism. To the contrary, Angel goes above and beyond to the point that he received our organization's distinct honor of the Above and Beyond Award in 2011. I am certain that the bad reviews posted are simply NOT TRUE. I have been a quadriplegic for nearly 30 years and have dealt with many in the medical supply industry. I can say with 100% certainty that DMR provides the best service of all. -DARRELL GWYNN

My Quickie wheelchair's frame cracked. Quickie headquarters (Sunrise Medical) said it would be covered by warranty but I needed to go through the local distributor, in this case DMR. I called DMR no less than 3 times explaining my situation (a broken frame, therefore not being able to use my wheelchair, the only locomotion option), until finally I spoke to Mr Angel Pardo, President of DMR (according to him). Angel came across as not interested in assisting me, probably because I had not purchased the wheelchair from DMR (as I was in another country (originally I purchased the chair from an overseas distributor), furthermore Angel said I would be charged $160 to $240 for what he called "the paperwork" to order the frame. Quickie would charge nothing for the frame, but DMR was pretending to charge a ridiculous amount for "Paperwork". I cannot afford such expenses. I decided to pursue other distributor options, and I was lucky and happy to have found SPEC MEDICAL, a local distributor with the great attitude, they immediately called Quickie (Sunrise) and placed the order for the replacement frame to be dropped shipped to my location. Beware of DMR. As a Quickie (Sunrise Medical) distributor, DMR has the obligation to attend to cases such as mine. If you ever buy from DMR, don't count on their support if you ever have a problem

Great repair facility. Called around and DMR was the one who could fix my wheelchair the same day. Thank you Lazaro for your attention to detail and patience with me!

! star only because Google doesn't allow less!!! I visited late Jan 2015 and had the transport driver push me inside. Horrible customer service, I sat in my broken wheelchair in their waiting/showroom for 37 minutes before a girl poked her head over the second floor rail to ask if I needed help. The offices are on the second floor and there's no elevator or intercom so someone with a mobility impairment can't go upstairs!! Even if you can walk up the stairs there is a sign that states "Employees only". They advised me that because I had state insurance and basically I'm not rich, they couldn't fix my power chair! The so called "Therapist" that's onsite is only a Therapist Assistant, any monkey can take a test and get certified. Overall, it sucks that they are the only place around for miles. If you're disabled, don't have great insurance and aren't financially wealthy; I recommend you make an effort and go somewhere else.
