I had an amazing experience with Milena. Her knowledge of both products brought today (cpap) she reviewed set up and ensured I had full knowledge of the both machines. Also the cleaning etc. I would recommend this service to all. Milena is American Homecare Equipment. the only reason i give them one star is because I cannot give them ZERO stars, which is what they deserve. I called for customer service and had the misfortune of dealing with the absolute most rude and disgustingly offensive customer service rep. after putting up with her condescending attitude, I finally ended up reaching my maximum amount of patience, to which she said, and I quote verbatim......"you are crazy, man. ".. great customer service you have there guys. it's a pleasure doing business with you...not. i'll be looking into putting in a complaint with the better business bureau for sure.

I recently started using a Cpap, and was very happy with the care and followup offered to me by the staff. It took time to get used to the machine and find the right fitting mask. Milena and her staff went above and beyond to help me to get the best fitting mask. She followed up to make sure everything was going well, and spoke with me to help me understand the workings and the importance of the machine. I would recommend them in the future for sure.

Like most on the negative reviews the BILLING is the issue. Was never told that I would be paying so much money for Deductibles. The sales pitch was COPAYS. That was my understanding I get NO bills in the mail and just get automatic billing to my credit card. Not one statement was sent out. Sending machine back ASAP and cutting my losses.

I recently relied on them for my CPAP equipment. Milena Serrano is the nurse in charge of my installation and training and she did a terrific job. She explained everything thoroughly so I was able to use my CPAP to its fully extent.
