    if you can use any other company, do it! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. You have to get approval from God knows where to have the local provider contact you! Then you have to call that same number a few more times to get a response. Still haven't heard from anyone.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Believe it or not, it took 6 calls for me to finally reach our local company location in Hudson Fl. The first two times, my husband (trying to simply get the hours that they are open), was hung up on someone from the Philippians named "John". After much frustration, I tried and also spoke to "John" and "Ann"......who refused to connect me to my local branch simply because I couldn't understand their accent and requested to speak with someone in the USA. When I finally did get through to the location in Hudson, the staff who answered told me to (next time), just tell the call center that I was returning her call and hopefully I won't have as much trouble. Should we really need to go through this trouble just so we can breath comfortably? RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Local office staff seem knowledgeable, but they are debilitated by their call center. Apria needs to understand that some of us still work and don't have time to be hassled about being transferred to the local branch, but no matter what you say they will not do that. Only dealt with them for a small time now and already the Apria corporate structure hurts their local offices so bad I want to go with someone else. Their local staff even said to tell them I was returning their phone call, but that is not acceptable to the call center. Complete waste of my time. Giving local office a chance to redeem the call center's failure, but then if not I will find another more patient/user friendly company for treatment. Too much money, time, and importance to be hassled by a call center that seems to be nothing more than a nuisance!

    I just received yet another time wasting phone call from someone at your company whose first language was definitely not english. You continually hire these people who seniors have a very hard time understanding their inflections. I have called your company several times in the past few months regarding a billing problem and to this point there has been no one at your company smart enough to understand the issue(s) and solve the problem(s).
