I wish I didn't have to post..but I have to. This company is horrible. I've used many other homecare service companies in the past for different family members and have had no issues, but this one has failed miserably. No communication between managers and staff and no communication with the clients. Health aides arrive late or not at all. They promise to call back and never do. Today was our 3rd no show from a health aide. 3 strikes your out!!! I myself have worked as an homecare aide/assistant in the past...I know what is involved.. It's not easy work and often unappreciated. However, there is no excuse for incompetence and poor management. Our seniors and anyone who is need of homecare services definitely deserve better.

Communication is horrible. Will not advise clients when there isn't staffing or changes in staffing. When they do send staff, they aren't fit to care for the clients. The most ridiculous and unprofessional home health agency I have ever dealt with.
