? I took my daughter for her school physical. It was about an hour before they closed. They told me they couldn't do the physical because she didn't have all her immunizations. Not only was that not true but it had nothing to do with the physical. My daughter missed her first 2 days of school because of their ineptitude. ?? Look at their review rating, ever seen a Dr office with more negative than positive.

My wife went in for service since her eyes were red, come to find out she had an infection. Who really knows where since the doctor took literally 1 min. to check her & never said where the infection was at. Here we are 5 days later & she is in worst condition with an inability to breath. We went back in to the clinic to see the doctor & they were charging her again? Can businesses really do this after we paid a little over $200 to not get a resolution to her original health concern? Lost a day of work plus all of the worthless medication that has not fixed her. Now another lost day of work plus having to go to a different clinic for a possible cure. I would recommend to never go to this clinic for service. Better business bureau will also hear about this.

Staff was good but my problem is the payment issue I ask how much everything cost and they told me the price but later down sometime in get a bill from them saying I owe them money. They need to be upfront with the correct cost not tell us one thing and try to get more from us later. Well editing this second half went back for a second treatment and yet again after making my second payment I asked if I'm paying the full amount or should I be expecting another bill in the mail, I was told no I shouldn't receive another bill at all well and month down the Rd and wasn't to surprised I have another bill from them that they failed to just be honest with me, so I won't be going back to this place unless you have the money to keep paying them go for it

Horrible experience. The RN who was working the shift (Helen) literally took less then a minute to tell me I had an ear infection (Which I already knew). She told me to take Tylenol for pain to which I informed her I have been for these past three days and pain is getting worse. She also told me she was going to give me antibiotics. I asked her if it was ok to take them while breastfeeding since I have a 4 month to which she answers there's no telling and rolled her eyes. I also asked her how long does an ear infection last and she informed me 3-4 days. I replied and told her it's been 3 days and getting worse. Was shocked when she replied hopefully it doesn't get worse. Like really?!? This place just billed my insurance for this kind of service? She didn't write a presciption, told me to continue taking Tylenol and give me attitude when asking my questions? I complained to office manager and she recommended I come in another day to see the MD. For what? So they can charge me again? Never again will I come to this place. I recommend to go anywhere else but this place.
