I have never had such bad service. I have waited since June 30th for orthotics. They have given me a different excuse each time I call (every week) as to why the prescription has not been done. Not a clear fax, second did not have clear diagnosis code, third was because second Rx was not submitted in time I needed third Rx sent with new date, now they submitted the wrong code with diagnosis I do not have and it was rejected by my insurance. As a healthcare provider this is unacceptable. I too do this for a living and understand the importance of quality, timely care. I have accepted the "survey" for three of the four phone calls I have made to the office and each call ends without actually getting a survey. I have spoke with the supervisor who insures a 24 hour period turn around. We shall see tomorrow what this brings.

Extremely polite and helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way. My mother received her equipment and is now able to live active life. We appreciate everything they have done.

Worst company ever to deal with as a provider. BCBS should've fired them a looooonnnnngggg time ago. I feel bad for all the patients as well.

This place is so FRUSTRATING! My authorization for my brace finally went through to my doctor's office after I ended up cancelling it because they took 8 days to figure out if it was medically necessary. I called several times along with my drs office. I have ALS and it has caused footdrop so YED I need it to keep me from tripping! The other thing is you have to press at least 6 numbers to get to a real person!! ?

Care Centrix is the biggest joke ever. I've been locked out of my provider portal and it tells me to contact the help desk and then when I get a hold of a Care Centrix employee, they tell me themselves that the help desk is not real. So why tell people to contact the help desk when there is no such thing? I've had numerous problems with this company. They are absolutely horrible.
