What wonderful and caring nurses! They provide amazing care and support.

When my brother-in-law became to ill to be here with us anymore he chose the VNA Hospice House. I can't say how wonderful the nurses and staff were to his family and loved ones in a very difficult time for everyone. They made sure he was comfortable at all times and also took care of the family as well. They had liquid refreshments and hot food available 24 hours. The Hospice House is beautiful, serene and comfortable for everyone. They even have outside seating off each room for the family. I can't express enough how they made this very sad experience go as easily as possible for the patient and the family. I would recommend the VNA Hospice House.

I know that these people volunteer and I understand that this is a service for those that need it but that doesnt give any of these nurses the right to be rude. This is our 2nd time using vna for child physicals and the first time was great. Ive been waiting 45 minutes though I was told 20 which is fine but when I politely asked if it would be much longer because I have 3 other kids to get home to, my question was met with the rude response that if this is important to me, ill stand here and wait. I guess the poor should get used to being treated like 2nd class citizens.
