My mother, unfortunately, had to spend some time at this facility on several occasions. I even had my gallbladder removed here. All of the doctors I have met with (my mother's doctors and my own) have been absolutely fabulous. They don't make you feel rushed, they take time to listen, and go above and beyond to provide top tier care. The nurses (and I have met many here) are positively wonderful. I haven't had a single negative experience. Everyone from the wonderful ladies at the help desk all the way to their cardio thoracic surgeons have been amazing. I won't go anywhere else if I can help it.

After you spend 7+ hours in the waiting room just to be seen by a nurse and Dr for a total of maybe 30 minutes they send you bills. My case I have no medical insurance. They say apply for financial aid which they make almost impossible for you to get granted and when you do they only help with very minimal portions of your bill. I have a bill a little over $8,000 and I'm calling AND BEGGING to make a payment in good faith. But they won't accept it because I can't pay the amount they want. They keep threatening me to send my bill into collections and I've tried and been transferred to quite a few people. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. They're disgusting to treat there patients like this and this isn't the first time I've heard about them doing this to their patients.

Wife went to ER with extremely high blood pressure, along with other symptoms as well as an abnormal EKG but instead of getting her to the back quickly she was placed in the waiting room for over 4 hrs. Vital signs never rechecked even though they were outside of normal range. Asked multiple times what was taking so long and got garbage excuses and answers. And yes......I am in the medical field myself and I've worked the ER as a trauma tech so I'm not just someone fussing that has no medical knowledge.

This hospital disappoints me every single time! My mom has had surgery here numerous of times and it's amazing to see that the nurses here suck. They are very rude and not helpful at all when it comes to assisting patients. Yes, technicians mainly do the helping and in which you never see them either. None of my family members were here when my moms dinner arrived and when I came in she told me how the nurse or technician didn't help move the tray closer to her and that she had to feed herself in which she couldn't...what kind of service is that? Then you get slapped with the hospital bill. I mainly did all the work in helping my mom get what she needed because the nurse failed to do her part. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing. I don't recommend this hospital at all...and on top of that they need to think about rehiring people and people who can also speak clear English and understand English.

My son had surgery there and stayed for 4 nights after. All but one of the nurses was excellent with a special shout-out to a nurse named Reena. She was very sweet, but stern and she really knew what she was doing and she genuinely cared about my son's wellbeing. The room was very nice and clean and looked brand new. The only disappointment was a PA named Michael Brockett who had an attitude from the minute he walked in our room and he seemed proud to be an ass. I am a very easy going person and can handle just about anyone (who's negative), but he managed to strike a nerve with me and my son. If that is his typical bedside manner, the hospital would be doing all of us a great service to part ways with him immediately.
