Great nurses. Problem is their nurses are stopped from coming out to help their clients by management... I needed something done and my doctors office called them to order it done. I called to make sure the nurse was coming out. The nurse called to tell me she was coming out but would swing by on her way home so I should expect her late. I was fine with that. I desperately needed her to do it that day because I had gotten a bad infection and needed to get clean. At the end of the day the nurse called me and told me that she was told she was not allowed to stop. I called the person in charge (Wanita). She didn't seem to care at all and told me essentially to go pound sand. I got the name of her boss and called her on duty manager (Nelda). Nelda told me (again) that the nurse I had called for would not be dispatched. She also called me a liar saying that the nurse had not agreed to come out to see me and that my doctor had not requested the call. Now due to this infection my wife is sick. These people are slime. I will be continuing up the management ladder till I get to someone who gives a crap. Then again I may just find an attorney. The nurses are exceptional. The people who run the company are heartless soulless people who need to check their heads.

We have used this company for several years for everything from TPN, IV antibiotics, flushing Ports, and more. Coram has always been exceptional in service, but their people skills are what really set them apart. They seem to take a personal interest in each patient and truly care what happens in between visits. They take their time and are very very careful to make sure to do everything right. I could not speak highly enough for the care Coram provides. We are so thankful to have them!

I have used this company several times over the past 2 years. This last April,2011, they told me the amount that would be my copay and demanded payment before services would begin. In May, I received the EOB's regarding the insurance payment and my actual copayment.I began contacting Coram Alternate Site Services, 2140 Newmarket Pkwy Suite 106, Marietta, GA 30067, manager Samantha George May 17, 2011, for reimbursement of overpayment. Ms. George demanded I provide them with copies of the EOB's, granted they also received a copy with the check, but I complied. I have been contacting them several times a month for reimbursement. They have yet to process the payment, and they will never call you back. Their service is average but seem to have a connection with hospitals.They have no professional business ethics. It is now Sept. 2, 2011.
