By far some of the best nurses around! I would highly recommend Onesource and their services. I have never experienced such devoting nurses that go above and beyond to the highest standards to provide comfort and care to the patients.

One Source Hospice dropped the ball for our family during a very difficult time. First, they were supposed to meet us at our home at the time we brought our father home from the hospital. No one was here and no one came for 1.5 hours. During the 1.5 hours our father did not have his meds or his stomach pump. When One Source finally arrived, they had no meds and asked us if we had gone to the pharmacy to pick up all the meds ourselves. At the 4 hour mark, the oncologist personally arrived to deliver our father's meds. He had been the person to go to the after-hours pharmacy and get the medications. Also we did not have the right equipment and had to gerry-rig a stomach pump to get through the night. We never did get a stomach pump from One Source and family members were draining the tube by gravity and it caused a lot of mess and soiling. In the morning, no nurse showed up as promised. We called. The nursing director Rochelle then came to our home and we attempted to set things right. She explained the services they would provide and promised to deliver some supplies (specifically, a box of saline syringes so we could administer a narcotic through our father's port) later in the day. The box of syringes never came. We called the after-hours-call number but there was no response. By 6:30 my sister was out at a Community Care begging saline syringes off of them so we could administer our father his medication. A medication was delivered by the pharmacy but we had no direction on how to administer it or what it was for. The on-call nurse arrived at 7:00 (1.5-2 hours after our call) and we asked for assistance to administer the narcotic into the port. She said "I'm just an LPN I can't administer meds into a port." So I did it myself (I am an educator and not medically trained). When we called another hospice service we learned that non-medical people should not administer narcotic drugs into a port. Also, there should be heparin, which was never mentioned by One Source. When the substitute hospice service called to tell One Source they had been replaced, they denied having our father under contract (even though we have their equipment, paperwork and a home visit from the nursing director Rochelle). Taking a loved one into hospice care is a difficult experience. No family should experience the chaos, confusion, lack of follow up and unsafe medical advice given by One Source. The chaos and lack of follow up caused our dying father and our mother significant stress. The substitute service's level of service and care was so different and so far superior as to be shocking.

Exceptional company with compassionate & loving nurses and PCS caretakers! They truly go the extra mile to take care of their patients! I would reccomend this company to everyone!

Horrible! Any time we had a problem or a concern with an aide for my severely disabled father and contacted the company, the supervisor was rude and demeaning!! We went through several aides as they hire young people that obviously do not want to do the job! Do not use this company!! They do not care about their patients!!
