Absolutely awful experience. Couldn't have been worse. Had a tick in my ear and received an extremely painful treatment that could've easily been replaced with prescription ear drops (what my primary doctor gave me after I went to see him the day after going to this awful mock of a hospital).

My 1 year old needed a lab drawn, and my sister had told me she had a great experience here with her child (I was a little weary to go here). We had a wonderful experience. Very quick getting in (thank goodness, it's flu season). Very clean waiting area. Lab tech was awesome with my dtr and drawn first try and very quick. Will not hesitate to go here for all my lab/order needs. :-)

We have been very pleased with the quality of service. We have used UCH for emergencies-to stabilize and asses before going on to a larger hospital where the MRI's had already arrived so surgery could begin. Like many of our friends, some from out of town, we have used the swing beds with excellent physical therapy for recovery. I use the therapy pool regularly to continue flexibility and balance exercises post therapy. It is always our first stop. Having special certifications for stroke and chest pain, we will continue to choose to go to UCH first.

I decided to go to the rehab as I had Shoulder injury. My first impression is not even one star. When you walk into the therapy blding there is a waiting room on right and the receptionist left center 10 feet from where people are sitting so they can hear everything. They have full glass with a talk thru hole at 5ft and a paper slide at bottom. I felt like I was entering a PRISON>>> The receptionist asked several questions which were hard to hear and understand thru the glass. A man in the waiting room kept repeating all my answers Like phone address etc WHY?? I guess he could here my business better then they could. IT was a very impersonal experience similar to the anna Police dept. I then went to bank store walgreens and NO GLASS Just people who you could relate to.. Im hoping my appointment will go better Or I will seek services elsewhere Where Im treated like a person not like a criminal.
