We had an appointment & still waited nearly an hour an a half to be seen. When I scheduled the appoitnment, I was told my son would be seeing a doctor. Upon arriving I'm seen by a nurse practitioner, who had to grab the doctor anyway. The room was dirty with visible garbage, and while waiting my son pinched his finger in the bed drawer because there is no lock on those drawers. Once the actual doctor came in, without washing her hands OR putting gloves on, she stuck her finger in my sons mouth who has an OPEN WOUND from a fall. When I spoke to the manager, she took my information down and said she would call upon looking into this..... I understand this is a clinic for low income families, but basic sanitation and respect is still expected & required by law.

Very in considered for walks in. No one on the line for patients with appointments. 15 minutes waiting and CSR doing nothing but looking at their phones. Ridicules service. And you call yourself a Service to the community? Give me a break, please.

Friendly staff, very professional and accommodating. We were walk-ins and were told the wait would be a few hours but they got us in within 35 minutes of entering the waiting room.

Worst place to go, choose different hospital for appointments. I will never go to vna again.

I love Dr Gorrepati (psychiatrist), I've been seeing him for several years. Not fond of the regular doctors (only saw them once, but they still rubbed me the wrong way). It is also nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone if you need a prescription refill or basically anything other than having to schedule an appointment, which has caused a lot of stress due to the fact that I drive 3 hours to get here, and there have been times where I've had to re schedule and then panic about not being able to get my meds refilled. They've always eventually gotten filled but I've had to take different measures, like having my mother go into the actual building and speak with someone (she lives a half hour away), for anything to get done. They definitely need a better system and/or more nurses to return and answer phone calls!
