Wait time is very long (with appointment). Staff can be very rude. The doctor who saw my daughter was rude, didn't answer all her questions and walked out. Front staff need to be retrained, they don't give correct information. This place needs a staff redo.

I could not be happier with the care/service that I received from all staff that I encountered at this VNA location. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors, to the pharmacy staff, it was great! They got me the care I needed and went above and beyond to help me find out where my prescriptions would be most affordable. I am definitely a fan of this VNA!

so freaking pissed at this place. took me over 6 weeks to get an appointment here in my third trimester because no one had my any idea if they received my medical records or not. im finally able to get seen because i decided to physically bring in a copy from my previous doctor. when i try to check in im told i cant be seen because i have my daughter with me. Nobody told me not to bring her so i drove all the way to this location to be sent home. today i made 32 weeks and i havent been able to be seen by anyone in SIX WEEKS and they want to reshedule. I Would give them zero stars if i could, this is ridiculous!!

This place sucks try to go anywhere else before you come here. Also, i was treated unfair people getting in line before me and when I tried that the same lady told me to get in line! I talked to a manager who put the whole blame on me and took her side for everything! So not good service!! I would call corporate on her if I knew the information. I was crying how frusterated I was but yet they didn't have anything else to say to me.

Had an appointment yesterday at 2:15 didn't go in the room till 3:20, then I had to wait 30mins for the doctor. He was not even in the room for 2min. He prescribed me some medicine for my infection(didn't tell me the name or gave me any paperwork), then asked me which pharmacy let him know Walmart pharmacy. Just called today to check on the status, turns out he never sent the order in, called vna mentioned the doctor name mr.alzar something like that. Turns out HE FORGOT! He noted "will be treated" I will NEVER go to a vna clinic again!
