Nurse Tony and therapist Maggie took care of my grandma for almost three years. They are nothing but caring and helpful throughout our whole transition. They have made our time with grandma less stressful and very easy. I would recommend any one to Healing Hands. It is a great place with amazing nurses.

Too many times patients suffer from lifelong chronic diseases that decreases their quality of life and impairs their function. Sometimes simple tasks that we take for granted such as standing up or eating become too hard. I've had patients who can barely move and have become bedbound due to chronic pain and they feel completely hopeless. I've had patients who have dementia and their families feel hopeless in helping their loved one and they feel tired and burnt out from providing care. My job as a nurse is to provide all avenues of help to enable patients and their families to regain their independence as much as possible and to regain what they lost including their emotional, physical, and mental well-being. This includes offering as many disciplines such as home physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and home health aides to assist with bathing and other activities of daily living. This also includes having social workers assist patients and their families in obtaining community resources to make their lives easier. There is nothing more rewarding to me then to be able to help patients and their families improve their quality of life and well-being, and Healing Hands Home Care will stop at nothing until that is accomplished

My mom was a patient at this agency. The nurses, therapists, and Aide who came to visit took really good care of her. Besides from being professionals, I can see how much they really care about their patients. I would recommend Healing Hands to anyone that needs Home Care.

IT'S OUR FIRST TIME TO HOME CARE . MY MOM WAS REFERRED FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY BY HER DOCTOR WHO OPERATE ON HER RIGHT HIP. WE ARE HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS WHETHER TO GO FOR OUTPATIENT REHAB OR HOME HEALTH, BUT WE WERE ADVISED BY OUR DOCTOR TO GO FOR HOME VISIT FIRST FOR A FEW WEEKS TO IMPROVE HER WALKING AND FOR HER TO BE STRONGER, THEN GO OPD THERAPY IF SHE IS MORE INDEPENDENT. WE'RE GLAD WE FOLLOWED HER DOCTOR. THEY SAW MY MOM ALMOST EVERYDAY ON THE 1ST WEEK, AND I THINK 3 X A WEEK ON THE FOLLOWING WEEKS, I SAW SHE IMPROVED A LOT FROM THE FIRST TIME SHE WAS SEEN. THE THERAPIST IS ALSO NICE AND PATIENT WITH HER, I THINK THE NAME IS ADAM. WE WERE RELEASED FROM THEM AS PLANNED, AND WE WENT TO OPD REHAB AFTER THAT. WE HAD A NICE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AGENCY, IF WE EVER NEED HOME CARE IN THE FUTURE, I WILL CONTACT THEM AGAIN.
