My mother needs a lot of help with laundry and house keeping. She is wheelchair bound and has urinary incontinence. The woman they assigned to her( in Moline IL office) is slow as mallassus, has a bum shoulder (not allowing her to lift her arm higher than chin level) and a hand that she can barely make a fist with.. due to an injury/nerve damage. She never empties out my Mother's adult briefs garbage disposal can. She recently needed to provide her kidney doctor with a urine sample. When asked to help put a urine hat on the toilet for my mom and assist with collecting the sample. She told my mom that she didn't know how to put the hat in the toilet. I called to complain to her boss. And was told "they don't do anything medical". Please explain to me how assisting someone with this is a medical procedure. And further more, her helper helps her in the bathroom all the time...even assists her with bathing. How is collecting a urine sample so much different???? I am very unhappy.

I have worked for this company for just a few months. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the staff. I have a client that is very ABUSIVE to me as his health care aide. I have been calling the agency for weeks and no one has bothered to return my calls. So perhaps someone from the service will see this and realize that I quit. The client that was assigned to me is a belligerent drug using alcoholic. No one deserves the treatment he has given me. I would also like to get paid for the last month of my employment.

Very poor performance, I have asked the supervisor to send another person to care for my mother because I am not satisfied with the worker that is that the had out, getting into family affairs, and they continue to send the same person, I am POA for my mother, called to compliant about the performance of the worker and her supervisor...they have not respond to my calls, the best thing is to have this place investigated....not a good place to have them come to your home, no trust or respect for this company and the supervisor just ignore my wishes, looking to have this company investigated.....I really would not recommend this place to anyone....
