This agency and the entire staff has been absolutely fabulous over the last several years. They are patient, flexible, respectful and very compassionate. Not surprisingly, the caregivers they have provided have exhibited these same qualities. Over time, we migrated from needing part time assistance to post surgery help to full time live-in care. Every step of the way has been seamless - especially for my 101 year old father - who is able to continue to live independently in his own condo because of the services provided by Griswold. We are fortunate to have them in our corner. I am especially grateful as I do not live in the same town as my father. What a terrific resource!

Griswold Home Care is second to none. Out standing staff who are extremely professional with exceptional customer services skills no matter the time of the day you call them during their working hours. Well trained caregivers who are devoted to their clients and family. I will not hesitate to recommend this agency. Remember to always communicate effectively with them and the caregivers they assign to you.

Good morning I have been a caregiver for 15 years. Caregiver companies are at no fault. Not every caregiver is at fault just because the careless of someone else.

We had a nightmare experience with this agency. We trusted them to take care of an ill family member. We started with a caretaker who failed to meet my family member's needs and asked for a replacement. Through a series of inept replacements, they kept sending unqualified caretakers who repeatedly violated her wishes, used my toothbrush to clean the bathroom, dyed our clothes pink by putting pink and red in the laundry together, scratched our kitchen counters and even failed to show up one day. The agency didn't seem to vet their caretakers. They didn't consider our needs when hiring for our family and don't seem to care about the families when hiring caretakers.
