Literally walked in and grabbed a wheel chair and left. Since my mom couldn't walk through the parking lot....(she has MS and my dad was rushed to the ER via ambulance) no staff at the front desk.... had to go on 3 floors to find the person I was looking for. Finally, someone told me what room number they're in. Walked right on the floor and room, no questions asked. Lucky I'm his daughter and not someone with bad intentions. I walk in, and he thinks he's dying.... still no one in sight. Wow. ******my father stayed there for about 4 days went to visit a couple of times and was literally thinking --- *if you are trying to call off work and pretend like you're in the hospital - this is the place to go. You can literally walk into any empty room at anytime and lay down in the bed and probably take a picture to send to your boss. That is how oblivious everyone was.***** And I just noticed they gave me a phone number I can call so I'll do that tomorrow!

Worst place. If they could get negative stars, I'd do it. Wait times are forever even without that many people. The bathrooms are disgusting. They knew I was experiencing severe nausea and for their own beliefs, refuse to give me any anti nausea medicine. They said my body would adjust to it, but I can't even drink water. I've lost 10lbs in a week. I haven't eaten for days yet they still didn't care and refused to provide me with proper medication because of their "beliefs". Waste of money, if I had known they weren't going to treat me properly, I would've went elsewhere. I'm low income with no insurance and they were very aware of this, yet they still didn't treat me properly. Now I'm going into debt on top of STILL being so sick.

My dad went to the ER there he had a minor heart attack. My mom and I went to see him and the nurse named Caroline in the ICU was amazing with my dad!!!!! I wish she can be his nurse the whole time he's there that's how great she was. She seemed so caring and my dad was so comfortable with her was joking with her she with him it was just sooo nice to see. Then my dad had some more complications and then we got to meet two other doctors and they were great as well so very nice and seemed very caring. Everyone we met that day was extremely nice and made my mom and I very happy that he's in such good hands.

I am giving 2 stars because of some amazing doctors, they know what they are doing, they try their best and most importantly they listen to the patients and patients family, some of the doctors that worth mentioning are the cardiologist Dr Sirajian, and the nephrologist Dr Puri. ICU nurses were good too, they were nice and professional too, worth mentioning Henley, Edward, Iga and Ihane, Kelsey was nice too but she was bossy, pushy in making plans even that she is not a doctor but I felt she was pushing toward something and she doesn't like to be asked if that the doctor decision or hers! They are no getting 5 stars for many reasons, I felt they don't give attention to critically ill elderly patients just because they are old and they rush in moving them to other facilities with long acute care, one of the things that I noticed is that one of the nurses gave the doctor misleading information about us rushing to discharge my father to the other facility which made the doctor taking rush decision about my father treatment and not to give him enough time to decide further about medications. Overall good hospital, case manager Mary was nice too, but if you have patients there make sure you are with the patient all the time and be on top of it.

Worst in admitting ER. You have to wait 2 hours or more even you are in pain.
