    Don't bother buying from this place owner refused to sell an oxygen replacement cup. It was 4:58 and I was pulling up to the door and he had already closed instead. He argued with me when I called the customer service number saying that it was already 5 o'clock and that he was already closed literally we were walking right behind them afterwards when they had just lock the door.we kept knocking because they had customers inside already past 5. He answered in a rude manner saying what do you need! Instead of saying how can I help you. I told him you don't need to be rude about it and continued to argue with me in front of my 95 yr old grandparents then he closed the door in front of me and in front of my grandparents face. What an uneducated owner and talk about customer service! bad customer service refusing a customer that's a minute late from your closing time don't bother buying from the store That's rude and slams door in front of elderly!!!!!

    On Saturday Jan. 21st 2017 I pulled in to get some supplies..It was exactly 1pm and as I was walking up to the door they were letting customers out. They saw me, and I know they recognized me as I am a regular customer there. As I approached they closed and locked the door. It was now 1:01 pm so technically I was late. But I know exactly what I need, where it is located, and am always ready to check out within 2 minutes (even while they service other customers who have 80 questions while I stand and wait, and wait, and wait) and always pay with cash (no insurance processes to slow my transaction). Yes I was late, but they do know who I am, and what I do & THAT WAS A DICK MOVE. I will continue to shop there until I find an alternative..for now I have no choice..but my business WILL be going elsewhere!!! Update*** On 2/22/17 I absolutely required equipment so I gave them another shot..NOW, Rose was kind enough to tell me that they no longer honor the 10% discount for supplies..All of this while I stood in line again & waited & waited & waited..while she chatted & chatted & chatted..Recommend you avoid this place if at all possible!!

    Wow! I am seriously surprised at so many unsatisfactory reviews here. The WHOLE team over at Integrated, with a special call out to Rick H., has been nothing but ALL-Stars when it came to supporting all of my needs. Quite often going above and beyond the call of duty and consistently exceeding my expectations. In fact, because of the ALL-Star customer service, I transitioned from my prior service provider and never looked back. I have received increased response time, on-time delivery of service and goods, direct contact with staff avoiding long waits for on-call support, weekend and after hours house calls. I could write a book here. I'm extremely pleased with ALL that Rick and the Team at Integrated offers and continue to direct any family or friends to them for any of their personal needs. In summary, Integrated is highly effective, often exceeding my expectations, and highly recommended.

    Even tho the reviews here are bad I don't have anything negative to say about them. They helped me deal with a doctors office that wouldn't do there job. They gave me the equipment even tho they were still waiting on the doctors office to fill all the paperwork out right for the 3rd time. The people were very friendly and understanding. It was a pleasant experience.

    This place is awful. Screwed up my appointments twice. They would not stand up to their mistakes. Took my business to their competitor that opened up on New Year's Eve when they were to be closed to help me and two others that were screwed over by this place..
