    Poor customer service. Staff do not go out of their way to help customers, heck, they barely acknowledge your presence in the store. It feels like an assembly line operation when you walk in and you have to figure out which station to go for help. They should strongly consider getting a greeter at the door especially for their senior customers. Respiratory staff are rarely available and you have to wait on them to call you back. When they do, they don't pay attention to what you ordered previously especially if you change the size of your masks, etc. Things have gotten a tad bit better over the years, but there's still room for great improvement...same 'ole dull and dry staff.

    VERY overpriced. Other than that....they always have what I need and the staff is SUPER nice. BUT...they don't return calls in a timely manner.

    Things are extremely overpriced. I was able to find exactly what I needed online for about 1/5 what they were charging at Carl. If insurance will cover what you need, great, but if you have to pay out of pocket, look elsewhere.
