    Please think long and hard before choosing this company to help your family. Do your research first. This business has become one of neglectful hiring of nursing , insincere, forgotten and left uncontacted families policies. When a business can no longer supply a customer needs, they should not run and hide and leave the parents wondering what is going on. They should face the situation and fix it. The supply here is to help with human life. My child's lives. For a year we have tried and waited and listens to why there is no help for us. But the longer the time elapses the less contact we have. When we finally have a nurse on schedule, there is a no show. Did we receive a phone call? NO. We had to call to find out why. Yet again we get the I'm so sorry we didn't call. It seems that is policy. Do not call your customers which are families looking for a bit of relief and support A little help and you cannot remember to call. How disgraceful this company has become. How hurt this company has left this family and now we move on in search of another that can possibly give us the relief and support we need.
