    Received my machine (9/15/15) My machine and all supplies should have been covered by insurance. They said they got non compliant paperwork from Dr's office,I went twice after taking paperwork. Now the are billing me for rental for Feb,Mar and Apr of 2016 through a collection agency. I asked why I have not been billed and they say they are waiting on ins before I get a billing from May to now ,which is 5/22/2017. I would not do business with these vultures if I were you. I am getting someone new to go with,these people are the pits!!!!!They are not worth the one star you have to give to put your message on here, beware!!!!!

    I would so give ZERO stars if available. My husband has been without his sleep apnea machine for 5 months now!!!! They need to get rid of the overseas Bull crap workers and bring the jobs back to America and maybe the reviews of Apria would be better. I'll never use this company again. The office staff - in America - is fantastic.

    Terms changed when I lost my insurance due to a job change, they did not notify me via email phone call or text message and charged me $110 for a machine that was a replacement for one I paid off that ko longer works

    My grandpa tried for 6 months just to get a new mask for his CPAP machine and still has had no results. They keep saying they've received nothing and his doctor has complied with every wish of theirs. When he called to make a complaint, he had to argue with the lady on the phone to finally get a supervisor on the line. As he explained his situation to the CPAP manager, she hung up on him! Extremely unprofessional healthcare company.

    Can't understand how this crap hole of a company is still in business. Slow, neglectful. Makes me wonder how many people have died waiting for these worthless losers to deliver medical equipment that probably would never come anyway. If one star means they should never, ever be used.....never, then that's what they get.
