Do not ever utilize this company. The service is horrible. I usually do not comment or make reviews, however they have incited something in me that has never been there before since Hamilitons shut down and ripped the handicap in 2009. However, my husband is a T-6 paraplegic who received a berriatric bed from this company. They came out and delivered the bed with one person to put together a 300lb full electric bed, and busted a hole in the foot board, which faces the air mattress is facing the jagged hole and cause a tear in it at any time. My CNA had to help him put the bed together because they sent only one person. They did not bring his cranks for the bed nor his mattress at time of delivery. I am going to write the attorney general, medicare, medicaid and whomever. this company is a joke. I had to rate this company in order for the post to post, but it doesn't even deserve a star at ALL. THE REVIEW IS -100

Horrible service. Many times I have called Lincare for help and NO return of phone calls. Just back from vacation and I call them the first day out that my CPAP was not working, I hand carried my CPAP machine and when I got to my destination it would NOT work. Called my provider and left my number, was told they were in a meeting 4 days ago and they would call back. They stated there was a staff meeting when I called and it should be over at 10 A.M. Still waiting for return call!!! Looks like my CPAP may be dead BUT LINCARE will NOT get another dime from me...I am done LINCARE your service is non-existant. I have called Lincare no less than 4 times this year with NO reply.. I have handled my problems on the earlier calls BUT the last one with the CPAP dead and NO return call is the last straw. NEVER will I offer anyone to use this supplier.

It is a shame that Lincare is one of only two Medicare providers in central Indiana since their customer service is so very awful. It took me over five weeks and 9 phone calls to get a replacement basket for my mom's walker. I am a physical therapist and have never been more frustrated by a company's poor service, especially for seniors who do not need a run-around. If you can afford to purchase from a non- Medicare vendor, do so. I wish we had. I will never do business with Lincare again.
