    Very poor experience, this company needs to understand they are a retail business. I had a bad experience with a CPAP machine (that I picked up after 1 1/2 hours at their store) left there at 5:05 that evening, to return it at 8:00 the next morning. Was told the $200 deposit was to be forfeited, tough luck, nothing we can do. Businesses everywhere have unfortunate experiences with customers occasionally and have to deal with that when you are a retail business selling the products for 65% margin higher than you can purchase on the internet, so if there is no customer service, understanding or compassion, why do business there? Surely there is a better alternative in Hutchinson, Wichita, or somewhere else.

    Went in there today to get set up for c--pap supplies and staff was rude and unhelpfull. Had to leave and get set up at a competitor. they were a lot better

    I had been diagnosed with sleep apnea about two months ago and got a c-pap machine from Health-E-Quip about a month and a half ago, and have had nothing but trouble with the mask every since. I have gone back in there many times and they say there is nothing they can do to help me because the data shows that every thing is working fine and no problem. The problem is that my mask if I get it where its comfortable it leaks and if I get it where it doesn't leak so I don't get cold air blown in my face and air blown in my eyes it's to tight, so tight it uncomfortable. I have gone back in there many times the very first month as a matter of fact servile times the first two weeks and they say there is nothing they can do. They never let me try any other masks that might work, they got one they wanted me to have even though I found out today the one I have is the wrong one for me. They have done nothing but lied to me over and over. They also don't care about there customers all they care about is what they can get off the customers and screw everybody they can. You would be smart to stay away and stay clear of Health-E-Quip. If I could I would give them a -6 star rating!!
