We hired Trinity caregivers to spend time with my mom, who has Alzheimer's Disease, when she was in the middle stages of the disease. The office staff did an absolutely outstanding job matching her with perfect "friends" to spend time with, and these ladies were all very caring and kind. We quit using them only because my mom's disease progressed to the point that we needed overnight care more than companion care, and Trinity didn't have any overnight helpers available at the time. We will definitely go back to using them when we need a few hours of daytime respite care in the future!

Without the support of the caring and compassionate staff at Trinity In-Home Care my parents would not have been able to stay in their home well into their nineties. The level of care was superior and they were able to form strong relationships with their caregivers. If there were any problems with the caregivers we found the administrative staff to be open and helpful in finding solutions.

The TIHC staff has tried to provide for our son's needs, even overnight care when requested. Most of the time, the aides were caring and able to learn the needs and wishes of our son, the client, as his disease has progressed, and with it, his inability to perform all ADL's. Even with a not for profit agency, the lack of back up on week ends and when aides call in with their own emergencies, i.e. family issues, etc., does leave a gap in services needed, especially when the client's family is unable to fill in the gaps. I have found that in a service oriented business, matching personalities, client to caregiver is very important and TIHC does try to see that a good "fit" is made.

My family enlisted the assistance of Trinity for my grandmother. We were wildly disappointed by the lack of compassion from their caregivers and staff. The caregivers would consistently show up hours late and we were told that the office didn't communicate the information to them properly. When following up with the office we were told that the Caregivers were just running a little behind. Two or three hours does not seem like a little late to me. One of the caregivers even asked my grandmother (who has dementia!!!) for money...which she obliged. We used them for three months before switching companies. I would NOT recommend this company to my own worst enemy.
