    After being a long term customer my business is obviously no longer appreciated or valued. I purchased a new blood pressure machine from them, on day 28 after the purchase I had my doctor check the new machine to make sure the readings were correct (per my doctors request ) The NEW machine was consistently 20 points low. When I tried to return the new nonfunctional machine I was rudely told it had been 36 days and I was out of luck. REALLY that's how you treat your customers!!# I have a brand new broke blood pressure cuff $84.00 down the toilet. This is not the kind of company I will ever support again. Shop local. ......NOT

    Very poor service and very rude people to work with , they never even answer their phone and never call you back after they tell you they will. I stopped in to order new cpap machine and the receptionist decided she knew more than the Dr. On what I was suppose to do , she was very unpleasant person from he first words out of her mouth. So after having my Dr. Office call to tell them again , it's been 3 more days and still no call back , all I get is she is working on it , don't get to talk to lady in charge of ordering it , it's always "she's working on it ?? Working on what she doesn't have any of my info to work on it....I'm letting my Dr. Office know and anybody who ask about this place , sad they used to be a great place. Not sure what happened . Note : this is the first time I have ever written a review of anything good or bad and what's worst this is medical problems people health and life are at issue , Good luck.

    I was told that my CPAP machine would be completely paid off in January 2016. I've received a bill every month since (it's now April 2016) with "insurance reprocessed again" written at the bottom and an outstanding amount for payment. Either their billing specialist needs to be fired, or someone at Burlington Health Care is lining their pockets at my expense. Joan Brummer

    Very rude these people talk to you like you are a piece of crap they shouldn't be in business I wouldn't recommend them to treat my dog I didn't even want to give a star at all

    Worse customer service ever... Ive had 3 surgeries on right foot and severe problems with my left foot... I did everything i was asked to do as far as faxing paperwork to them and was told they would call me back... After 4 days still no call... So i called them back to check status and was told the girl who is taking care of my case is off today...wtf.. They lady was so rude to and told me i am only covered for a wheelchair... Definitely not true... I told her i dont want a wheelchair id rather have knee walker since i had to choose one or another... She says we dont have knee walkers in stock anyway so i has to take the wheelchair.... I just need help walking not being confined to a wheelchair... This horrible place has no compassion for anyone... I also deal with major anxiety and when i got off the phone with them i had a really bad anxiety attack due to being so upset... This place should be closed down forever... Im so thankful my insurance company helped me find another place to get the eqipment i need to help me have some kind of quality of life...i will tell everyone i know to never do business with this pitiful place called Burlington healthcare...
