My scariest and most objective problem with moving home was having to deliver my son at TJ Sampson. After they almost killed my sister during her delivery with my nephew. Everything went great until 8 hrs after delivery. Then it was the biggest nightmare of my life. My son lays in filth while they question my ability to care for my son. The nurses have they're noses in the air. And treat me and my family and more importantly my son like we're not guest at they're facility or paying patients. I'm completely ashamed to have stepped foot in this hospital.

I started to see them for pain management. In a month and a half, I did 4 drug screens, one rushed there to do a pill count. One trip to just go back and get a medicine changed that they gave me the wrong script for. And when I needed a patch with lidocaine prior authorized, they said they don't do that because it takes too much of their time. So of you need a good doctor who will take care of you and help you with your pain management. I suggest you pass on this place. Its all about the numbers and how much money they can bring in.

I have no problem with the service or cleanliness of the hospital. I have been trying to pay my bill online off and on for a couple of months but can not because the pay bill site is down. I tried calling several phone numbers to report the problem. Everyone I contacted was aware the pay online site was down and no one could give me a time table when it would be working again. Can someone fix this? I know I can call or visit or mail my bill but I prefer to pay online for privacy. Thanks

Super ridiculous long wait time. Been here 2 + hours and still in the waiting room. Should have chosen the med center.

My brother in law hurt both his knees playing basketball. Left knee cap was out of place the other knee over double the size it was supposed to be. They done X-ray nothing broke. Nurse practitioner said they would wrap knees and then see if he could walk. When they tried to get him up his left knee seemed to go back out of place. His pain went from a 6 to over a 10. Nurse goes and gets nurse practitioner again he comes in said about all we can do is write you a script for crutches. The patient had to ask if the could get script for pain medicine. So fast forward we finally get him in wheelchair and my brother in law needs to go to bathroom nurse wheels him in my husbands helps him thank goodness he did. I'm at the door hear him yelling and my husband catches him because he can't put pressure on his legs. I tell the nurse something is happening. Again he tells them about what is happening. She wheels him out of bathroom. And guess who has to wheel him out to the car and get him in the car. We did the nurse did not. they let us do this. I have never been discharged by wheelchair and you have to be taken to car by family member. I am very disappointed in the treatment my family has gotten tonight at this hospital. I know if he is still in this much pain he will be going to Vanderbilt since they live in Nashville. If we could have gotten him in a car we would have taken him to bowling green. We all felt like they didn't have time for us even though they was in the er for at least 3 hour. I'm can't believe they did not make sure he could even stand. No they wanted him out and I'm not sure why. Did not feel like he got the best of care. Maybe stop having nurse practitioner and have a doctor. Or maybe when someone has hurt both legs make sure they can stand and put pressure on at least one so crutches can work don't think crutches will work if if you can't stand. If I could have given a 0 I would have. I hope he had not hurt himself worse since trying to move and not been able to. THE WORST CARE EVER AT TJ SAMSON COMMUNITY HOSPITAL. NOT SURE I WOULD EVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. This is a update on my brother in law he saw a surgeon had blown both guad muscle in both legs. He has had surgery on both legs. If tj had taken the time to find out what was wrong with him. I'm sure that both muscles were torn but one had started to rip upward and one leg started to have a blood clot on his leg which the surgeon did remove. All I can say if a patient says they can walk and they can't stand you need to do more. Wasted time and money with this hospital for no reason. They do nothing for you.
