I have Updated my review because my doctor Julia Caldwell has really stepped up her game and has been treating me with the upmost of respect. Now I am still not greatly impressed with the staff in the back office. I am still working to see how they will do to manage my needs and my care. Hopefully I can come back and give a great update for them also and give this rating 5 stars.

My wife came in with a stroke and this Hospital Team was great, I'm very pleased so say she is now home doing well. We are from Tennesse and will always remember the best of service.

I will never again go to the Urgent Care here. I am INSURED and TJ is in my network. I received a flu and strep test while there, and was billed $665 after insurance. I was there for a total of 45 minutes. The billing department has been unwilling to work with me on this unfair, outrageous bill. A co-worker of mine who has the same insurance and plan as me, went to Graves Gilbert for the same exact tests and was only billed $240. Unfair, unreasonable healthcare costs here at TJ. Steer clear. Drive the extra 30 miles to Bowling Green to go to an urgent care there, or even one of the community clinics who work on a sliding scale based on your salary.

I would rate TJ a 0 stars if it were available. I have lived in Glasgow my whole life and year after year I or someone i know gets screwed by TJ. My father in-law showed up to the ER with chest pain, shortness of breath, sweating and pain in arm. The ER receptionist asked him to take a seat and wait for his name to be called. After a few mins a nurse noticed him sweating and rushed him to the back, he was having a heart attack. That is just one example of the care they give. If you go to the ER in any kind of pain be prepared to be treated as a drug addict. God forbid someone in your family actually be a drug addict, because the entire family will be disrespected and receive lesser treatment because of your last name. I have been billed multiply time for the same bill because one mouth TJ is directly billing and the next month CarePayment is billing on their behalf, and neither are talking to each other. Their online payment portal has been down of almost a year now and when you call there is a very high chance no one will answer. I try very hard to not step foot into TJ but driving an hour round trip for a cold just seems wasteful at the time until I receive my $600 bill from the urgent care after my VERY good insurance has paid 85%. $4000 for a coupe test is laughable. Just recently my brother had to get a lawyer to demand they recheck there bills because they had destroyed his credit because he was being billed for treatment of someone with the same first and last name. It took over a month for them to realize they had different middle names and SS#. I won't even go into some of their doctors, lets just say one of their OBGYNs is responsible for someones death and has admitted to (paid the bill off for the patient) butchering a c-section. Anyone reading this review, do yourself a favor and avoid this pace at all cost. Graves Gilbert is moving a lot of things into the area and Bowling Green is not that far away, its worth the drive.

I get it. They have to deal with people coming in just trying to get pain pills. But, if you walk into the urgent clinic and even suggest that you're in pain, they won't take you seriously. I didn't want pain pills, I just wanted to know what was wrong. They basically told me there was nothing wrong, go home and put some ice on it and take ibuprofen. Wanted real bad to say, "if there's nothing wrong, why am I in pain?" Gave up and went home. Don't intend on ever going back. Nothing but a bunch of med school rejects and quacks. TJ has ruined healthcare in Glasgow. Update: It's been roughly 30 hours since they told me that there was nothing wrong and to put some ice on it and take ibuprofen. I've now grown what looks like a larger second ankle below the normal one. These people are completely incompetent. But hey, there's obviously nothing wrong with me (aside from having a second ankle on the same foot). Guess I'll put some ice on it and take some ibuprofen. Malpractice at its finest.
