This place is a joke as well as the ppl left there working. They don't know what they are doing and one of the sells rep will sign patients medical documents with out your acknowledgment. They are a poor excuse of a business. You also have a few girls in the. Office who don't have a clue as to what they are doing and one who is very rude. Stay clear of this place. I would look into other DME conpanys for your needs.

They act as if you are bothering them. Old excuse of I usually don't work here, just called in for the day. So in other words, LOST.

I wish I didn't have to give them a star. This company is pathetic. I called them a month ago to get set up to get my cpap supplies. They transferred my call to 4 different people who all had no idea what they were doing. The last person asked me a lot of questions and told me I would hear back in 5 to 7 business days. After 3 weeks and no call I called back. The person that answered asked me 3 or 4 questions and put me on hold. She came back on and said she had to do something and would call me right back. Well after a week I figure whatever she had to do was monumental because she still hasn't called back. These people have no customer service and a poor sense of business. Like I said.....pathetic.

The only reason they get a star is because I have to give them one. This company is horrible. They do not keep promises, they lie constantly. My mother is on oxygen and here is a rundown of the recent problems: 1. They provided no assistance in getting her a temporary set up for a short trip until we spoke to the top person in charge and gave them the name of the person at the destination branch to talk to. It took 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to get something done that should have been done in one call. 2. We have been trying for 6 weeks and have made at least 8 phone calls to get our supply of canulas and every time we call, they say they will ship that day. Still no canulas. 3. The oxygen machine is past due for an inspection and there has been no indication that they will do the inspection. Horrible company. I suspect they are in financial trouble and will be closing soon.
