This place has gone down hill! They used to be fast and efficient now you wait for hours even though the waiting room Is basically empty. Go to lake view.

Usually I prefer this hospital over all the others in the area. Today just walking in was rough. Information (two ladies) had to ask me my name a handful of times. I mean don't ask if you aren't ready to listen ? Once we finally got through that I asked what I thought was a simple question and got a very rude answer. The lady started with "obviously...". If it was "obvious" to me I wouldn't have asked. So rude ?

After several cat scans and MRI's (and a few others I can never remember what they're called) both at the hospital itself and at the outpatient Pavilion I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff who constantly kept my needs in mind. The staff were friendly and made the whole process a lot easier. I would and have referred people to this Hospital.

Great example of what's wrong with U.S. medical care. I was forgotten in the waiting room, so a solid hour's worth of people who came in after me were treated first. I was also sent home in the same condition I arrived in, despite being told I would receive the help I needed. At the end, I was told to get OTC medications from a drug store, which I'd already been using. Cost me $100 out of pocket (and my insurance who KNOWS how many thousands,) for me to go home and handle the problem drastically myself. I have a massive bruise on my arm where they took blood, so unsightly that my coworkers kept asking me what happened. I almost expected this from the emergency clinic who had ALSO wasted my time and money before this visit, but not from a hospital. The next time I have an emergency, I'll go somewhere else. I can't call it "treatment," as I rec'd none, but it sure makes me want to move back to Canada. For-profit U.S. healthcare is a horrific shame.

The service was excellent. The nurses and admissions staff could not have been better. They were friendly, caring and informative. The waiting room for surgery kept the family informed every step of the way. Not everyone will be happy with a health care provider but any worries here are anomalies. You should feel very comfortable having surgery here.
