I went there after hurting a week think I hurt my hip and back. They let me lay there 4 hours in pain done an ex ray said I had chronic pain. The lady next to me hit her knee and was seen faster and was given pain med. After hurting another week I went to another doc that done a urine test to find I had the worst uti she ever seen .and I suffered just because they are very judge mental and think they can pick or chose who really needs care and who can lay there 4 hours in pain.I'm not a drug addict I'm a mom grandmas, and a person with a big heart I had to suffer with that pain thru my father in law funeral. And guess what I got the treatment I needed with a shot of antibiotics and some to take home. No pain pills .some people really need help .not looking for pain meds but need help. And if y'all done y'all job on the urine you would have saw what treatment I needed. It hurts my heart to know I not the only one who got judge and won't be the last.

On November 11, I came to them for what felt like an appendicitis attack. I was the only patient in the ER that night. Aside from the phlebotomist, I was treated extremely disrespectfully. The doctor on duty was hostile and completely uncommunicative. They refused to tell me details of my blood work and discharged me without any attempt to help with the excruciating pain I was in. They told me it was probably "just gas." I had to go to a different ER the next day with worsening pain and nausea. I wish I could give zero stars. If you go here, you are taking your life in your own hands.

Please do not risk your health by going here. I have an infected tooth, and went for simple antibiotics. After waiting for 2 hours to see a quack nurse practitioner, she told me it wasn't a medical emergency and to pay $200 or leave. Cellulitis of the face can be deadly BTW. Oh and I love the fact that the nurses like to argue with you about your medicine allergies, like they know your body better than you. Pathetic really. Isn't there a moral oath that these people take in med school? Promising to treat without discrimination and regardless of insurance status? The worst hospital ever.

Consider this a band aid clinic. Staff very rude uncaring. E R Doctor especially. Would bet McDonald's in Farmerville has a better first aid kit then this so called hospital. Don't trust this place with your health.
