THERE IS NEVER A PERFECT PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AS WELL AS NO PERFECT PERSON BUT TO BE HONEST WHEN I STARTED 9 YEARS AGO WITH THIS COMPANY I THOUGHT EVERYONE WAS FAKE BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER SEEN PEOPLE THIS NICE. THANK GOD I WAS SO WRONG . THE STAFF GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEIR NURSES. I HAVE GONE TO MANY DIFFICULT PATIENTS IN THE PAST YEARS THAT NO ONE HAS EVER WANTED TO TAKE CARE OF AND I INDEED DIDNT LIKE IT I MUST BE HONEST, BUT THAT IS NOT THE SCHEDULERS FAULT BECAUSE I WOULD NOT WANT HER JOB AND I AM SURE SHE WOULD SAY SHE WOULDNT WANT MINE. ALL PATIENTS MATTER AND NEED US ALL THE SAME. NURSING IS NOT AN EASY PROFESSION BUT NEITHER IS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES LIKE THESE PATIENTS HAVE. PLEASING ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES WILL NEVER HAPPEN AS WELL AS PLEASING ALL PATIENTS BUT I MUST SAY COMPLETE HOME HEALTH AND THEIR STAFF TRULY CARE AND TRY THEIR BEST TO SHOW EVERYONE HOW GREATLY APPRECIATIVE THEY ARE . I WOULDNT TRADE THEM FOR THE WORLD.

Nurse with CHH for over a year. Recently resigned due to inconsistent schedule and weeks with no pay. Pros: I've had many wonderful patients and families. Cons: If you're not in the "click" then you may or may not get to work. If you dispute anything with the lady who does the scheduling then she curses you and will punish you by not scheduling you at all. Many places / homes you go into are unsafe /unclean, enviorments and you're stuck in that for the duration of your shift anywhere from 4hours to 12 hrs. Dare you say you were uncomfortable anywhere because then youd get punished by the scheduler and not be given any more shifts for a week or 2. There is absolutely no support for the nurses. The "office" does nothing to the scheduler for the way she acts and represents the company. They NEVER give raises. There are NEVER any shift diff or weekend diff pay. I would NOT reccomend working for this company. If you do then God Bless you.

You gotta take the good with the bad! Pros: Really good nurses once they are trained. Cons: Sometimes you get stuck without a nurse at last minute notice even if you had plans you are SOL. Also we have had to train many new nurses yet once we train them we don't usually see them again. Not very fair.
